"Helpful Support, Just Wish the Instructions Were Clearer"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed evo thinking I’d probably be waiting a while, but they actually got back to me quickly. The person who replied was friendly and gave me a real answer instead of some copy-and-paste response. I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, but once I reached out, they got everything sorted without a bunch of back and forth. Overall, really good support

I’ve had a mostly good experience with Evo, especially when looking for snowboard and ski gear. They somehow had a few brands and sizes I couldn’t find anywhere else, which was awesome. At the same time, the site kind of made me click around more than I wanted to, even though the filters were actually helpful once I got used to them. So I guess it was both easy and annoying, depending on the page. Overall, solid options and I’d probably shop there again. 4 stars

"Good overall, shipping could be cheaper"
I ordered from evo and my stuff showed up quickly, which was great. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. My only complaint is that the shipping cost felt a little high for what I bought. Overall though, it was a solid experience and I’d probably order again.

"Good help but a little slow"
I had to reach out to evo because a jacket I bought started coming apart after only a few months. The warranty team replied and asked for photos and my order info which seemed standard. It did take a couple days between messages so it wasn’t the fastest process but they handled it in the end and gave me a replacement option. I’d shop with them again just wish the whole thing moved a bit quicker.

I’d been looking all over for a specific snowboard size, and evo was one of the few places that actually had it in stock. The site was easy to use too, I could check sizes and colors without digging around forever. And thankfully, the stock info was accurate. No weird “oops, actually it’s unavailable” message after ordering, which... was a relief. Happy overall. Mostly just glad I didn’t have to keep hunting for it.

I ordered a pair of boots from evo and decided to trust their fit notes before checking out. They suggested going up a half size, that ended up being exactly right for me. I’m really glad I paid attention because boot sizing can be such a hassle, and this saved me from dealing with a return I definitely didn’t want to make.

"I had to exchange a jacket…"
I had to exchange a jacket from evo because I’m sure I just picked the wrong size in the first place. The return label and instructions were easy to follow, so that part wasn’t really a hassle. The only thing was that the new size took a few days longer to ship than I expected, which was a little annoying, though maybe I was just being impatient. Customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question, and the replacement arrived in good shape. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.
